Most U.S. clinics quote a hair transplant per graft, commonly $4 to $8 for each graft. That model looks simple, but the final number is only known once the graft count is set — and the count is the one thing you cannot judge yourself. A fixed package works the other way round: the price is set first, and the surgeon plans the number of grafts your case needs without any financial reason to go higher or lower.

Do you charge per graft?
No. Each package has one fixed price. Your surgeon sets the number of grafts in your written plan, and that number doesn't change the price.
What does “maximum grafts needed” mean?
We don't cap your session to fit a price tier. Your surgeon transplants the number of grafts your plan needs, up to what your donor area can safely provide — never more, because an over-harvested donor area doesn't recover.
What's the difference between Signature and Elite?
Both use Sapphire FUE. Signature adds a 3-month PRP package and a 3-month aftercare shampoo & lotion set. What is the stem cell therapy in Elite?
On your procedure day, two or three tiny samples are taken from your donor area and processed into a suspension of your own follicle cells and growth factors, which is applied to the transplanted and thinning areas in the same session. It supports healing and the hair around your grafts; it doesn't replace grafts, and results vary. See stem cell hair transplant.
How much is unshaven FUE?
Unshaven FUE is a separately priced add-on, because working between uncut hairs takes more surgical time. If it suits your case, the price is quoted in your written plan before you book.
Is a deposit required?
A refundable deposit secures your surgery date and is deducted from your total.
Is hair restoration covered by insurance?
It's generally considered cosmetic and not covered. HSA/FSA eligibility may apply to some treatments.
